• Therefore by using the Service to book an appointment at your chosen Ayurveda you are entering into a direct contract with that Ayurveda and Ayurveda4Health.com is not a party to that contract. By confirming the booking, you are making an offer to the Ayurveda to accept your booking and accepting financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name.
• This is a mutual agreement between you and the Ayurveda. You must make sure that all the information provided by you is true and correct and you pay the Ayurveda after using the services. If you wish to cancel your booking, its your responsibility to complete the cancelling process or inform the Ayurveda in prior.
• Please also ensure that you arrive in plenty of time and bring a copy of your email booking confirmation. You can also request the Ayurveda to book an appointment on your behalf, In case of any changes in schedule, this will be responsibility of both the parties to send information in advance.
• Failure to attend the Ayurveda at the reserved date and time may result in you being charged a fee by the Ayurveda. It's entirely at the discretion of the Ayurveda. As your contract is directly with the Ayurveda, any queries or concerns related to appointment booking, menu or timings etc. should be addressed directly to the Ayurveda via the details mentioned on the Ayurveda Info page.
• All copyright, database rights, trade marks, intellectual property rights and other proprietary rights subsisting in our Service and any content made available to you from the Service, shall remain our property or the property of our licensors.
• All such rights are expressly reserved. We maintain the highest standards of security, although the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. So, we'll try our best but we cannot ensure the security of your data transmitted through our Service.
